Picture
Ginger Balch, is the owner of In Sheep’s Clothing Yarn Shop & Fiber Arts Studio. She has been knitting for over 30 years and worked in yarn retailing for over 18 years.  Her store carries only the highest quality yarns, and supplies. Books and magazines are always in stock.

Having designed and created knitwear and accessories for years -- she offers guidance and instruction to her customers with experienced hands. Published in the Ashford Wheel Magazine, Spin Off, and the Handwoven on-line magazine as well as presenting her work at Renaissance of Litchfield, the Norfolk Artisan’s Guild, Artwell Gallery, and Gallery on the Green in Litchfield -- she is unquestionably acknowledged for excellence in her field.

Her store in downtown Torrington  offers products, tools, literature and lessons in all aspects of  Looming, Knitting and Weaving. Whatever, you need to create and enjoy fiber art -- you will find at In Sheep’s Clothing. Including spinning and weaving supplies, as well as fibers and weaving yarns.  If you need a set of handcarders, fiber, needle felting needles or maybe an extra stick or boat shuttle, they are sall there in her shop as well.

We are proud to inform you that along with bringing a fine selection of fiber art wears -- she will be presenting weaving demonstrations throughout the day of the Fair. What a great way to find out more about the classes available at her shop.

As the holiday season approaches this is your opportunity to find a more personal and heart warming gift.  Don't forget to ask  about gift vouches for knitting and weaving lessons and give the creative world of fiber art to someone you love this season.
