Included in this POST is a copy of Frosty's discount coupon for our Christmas craft festival on Sunday, Nov. 24th, at the Aqua Turf Club in Southington. We're asking everyone participating in our festival to POST our coupon so their social media contacts and customers know about their participation in our festival. When you do so, PLEASE ask your contacts to SHARE your Post with their contacts so as many people as possible find out about our exciting festival. We will have 150 booths stuffed full of homemade gifts, products, food, and much more for shoppers to purchase as Christmas presents.

Proceeds from this Friends of Roaring Brook fundraiser benefit the programs and activities at Roaring Brook Nature Center. There is no charge to visit the Nature Center or to attend the Fair on this date.

The show is opened to vendors selling hand-crafted merchandise.

SPACE:  Approximately 10 ft frontage x 6 ft deep
SET-UP: Friday 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm & Saturday 7:00 am – 8:45 am
FEE: $35.00    Non-refundable after acceptance

We have a limited supply of 6 & 8 ft tables for $5.00 each, which will be given on a first come basis. Chairs will be provided. We have a limited supply of electrical outlets for $10.00, which will be given on a first come basis.  Bring your own extension cords. You are responsible to remove all your supplies and waste after the event. Please note that the collection and reporting of State Sales Tax is the responsibility of each exhibitor.​
